Privacy Policy

Effective May 24, 2026. DryLies is a product of Noctara Corp, a Delaware C corporation ("we", "us"). Questions: privacy@drylies.com.

What we collect

• Account. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the email or relay address you choose, and your Apple user ID.
• Location. While using the app, your GPS coordinates so we can show nearby courses and confirm you are at a course when you submit a report. With your permission, background location lets us offer a one-tap report when you arrive at a favorited course. You can turn this off in iOS Settings.
• Reports. Turf, cart-rule, and busyness answers you submit, with a coarse timestamp and the course you reported on.
• Diagnostics. Crash logs and basic performance metrics through Sentry, scrubbed of personal identifiers.
• Analytics. Anonymous product interaction events through PostHog. No name, email, or device contacts.

What we do not collect

• We do not access your contacts, photos, health, or financial data.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties. Period.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The optional banner ad on the free tier is served by Google AdMob in a non-personalized configuration.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to operate the app: Apple (sign-in, push, weather), Supabase (database and auth), RevenueCat (subscription state), Stripe (course subscription billing), Sentry (crash reports), PostHog (product analytics), Google AdMob (banner ads on free tier, non-personalized).

Your rights

You can delete your account from inside the app under Me → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cascades to all your reports and favorites. You can request a data export by emailing privacy@drylies.com; we respond within 30 days.

Children

DryLies is rated 4+ but is intended for golfers 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify active users in-app or by email before the change takes effect.
